Step 1: Apply for Creation Privileges

Get whitelisted to create a group.

  1. Review Time: 1-3 business days.

  2. Once your application is approved, you will see the [My Group] tab below your Total Balance.

Step 2: Create Your Group

Set up your group information.

Required:

  • Group Avatar (JPG/PNG, ≤2MB)

  • Group Name (2-20 characters)

Optional:

  • Group Description (≤500 characters)

  • Approval Questions (1 questions for new applicants)

Set Membership Type (Choose one):

  • Invite Only

    • This is a private group, hidden from all users on the platform.

    • The QR code and invitation link cannot be shared.

    • Members can only be added by the group owner's invitation.

  • Open to Applications (Recommended)

    • This is a public group that users can find and apply to join.

    • You can share the group's QR code/link (valid for 7 days).

Step 3: Invite Members

Method 1: Share to Invite

  • Click the share icon in the top-right corner to get the group's QR code or link.

  • Expiration: The link/code is valid for 7 days.

Method 2: Direct Invitation

  • Search and invite users from your follower list.

  • Search for users by their nickname or email address.

Step 4: Chat Features

Functions to the right of the chat input bar:

  • Upload Image: Share pictures with the group.

  • Share Signal: Share your trading signals and earn rewards from trading fees.

  • Send Button: Send your message.

On the Homepage Your group members will see the following on their homepage:

  • Latest chat messages from the group.

  • The most recent trading signal shared in the group.

Q: How many communities can I create?

A: Each account can create only one group.

Q: What should I do if the group QR code expires?

A: You can generate a new one in the group settings. The new link/code will be valid for another 7 days.

Q: How do I earn rewards from sharing signals?

A: When another user copies your signal to place a trade, you will earn a share of their trading fees.
