Q2: What are the current order limits per transaction? We currently support order amounts ranging from approximately 20 USDT to 10,000 USDT. These limits will be adjusted accordingly as our business expands.
Q3: What should I do if payment was deducted but I didn't receive the cryptocurrency? After completing your purchase, please confirm that the transaction has been successfully completed. If you haven't received your purchased cryptocurrency, please immediately contact MultiExchange's customer service team at cs@multiexc.com for assistance. They will arrange a full refund based on the specific circumstances.
